The company is looking for a **Head of PMO**based in Piacenza, reporting directly to the CFO of the Italy platform, whose main activities will be

Team management: both of Getec personnel (2 FTE) and external PMO consultants (4 FTE)

Local road map definition and management:

- Collect dept/team needs/requests:

- Ensure that projects are aligned to short and long-term goals of the business and are properly prioritized
- Manage the dependencies between projects and between projects and day to day activities
- Manage the projects during all project phases starting from the kick-off to the monitoring/closing phase. Including project documents and meetings scheduling
- Monthly reporting
- Define, implement and maintain an efficient project governance framework

SAP implementation: project manager for SAP implementation of all Italian legal entities

Alignment with Group functions such as: PMO, IT and Post Merger Integration

**HARD SKILLS**:

- University degree in Economics & Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- +10 years of working experience, of which +5 years as a Project/Program manager.
- Preferred at least 5 years of working experience in consulting firms in project manager roles

**SOFT SKILLS**:

- Strong analytical skills to assess situations and identify effective solutions
- Project management abilities to plan, coordinate, and deliver tasks on time
- Leadership skills to guide, motivate, and support team members
- Clear and effective communication to interact with colleagues and stakeholders Organizational skills to manage priorities and meet deadlines efficiently Problem-solving skills to handle challenges with practical and creative approaches

Location: Gragnano Trebbiense (Piacenza) with commuting to other Group offices, in particular Assago and Alessandria
