Tra le principali responsabilità, quelle relative ai processi di selezione, qualifica, monitoraggio e valutazione dei fornitori, sia nuovi che consolidati.
**Responsabilità**:
- Gestire il team di Supplier Quality;-
- Gestire e guidare il processo di selezione, qualifica, monitoraggio e valutazione dei fornitori;-
- Predisporre e gestire il Piano di Audit presso i Fornitori, sia nuovi che consolidati;-
- Supportare le altre funzioni aziendali, tra le quali Purchasing, nella gestione dei fornitori, sia per le attività di qualifica e valutazione che per le attività di routine (es. gestione delle non conformità, validazione dei processi).**Competenze**

- Laurea in ambito tecnico;-
- Pregressa esperienza (almeno biennale) come Manager in ambito Qualità Fornitori, maturata in aziende manifatturiere, modernamente organizzate e, in maniera preferenziale, operanti nell’ambito dei Dispositivi Medici;-
- Pregressa esperienza nella gestione di team con background e seniority diverse, all’interno di realtà strutturate;-
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata (almeno B2);-
- Qualifica di Lead Auditor (corso accreditato AICQ/CEPAS - 40h);-
- Disponibilità a trasferte di lavoro per audit presso fornitori.
