Profilo ideale

Diploma di scuola superiore o laurea, con ottimo curriculum studiorum;Consolidata esperienza nel ruolo, maturata in aziende di alta qualità strutturate e fortemente orien-tate al mercato, operanti nella produzione e/o distribuzione di stampati di pregio; preferibile l'esperienza maturata anche con la stampa digitale;
Ottima conoscenza del settore;
Consolidato network professionale europeo ed extra europeo, attivo e documentabile;
Ottima capacità di analisi e valutazione delle opportunità commerciali;
Professionalità orientata sia alla strategia che all'operatività;
Spirito imprenditoriale, desiderio di crescere professionalmente in piena sintonia con la crescita dell'azienda; passione per il settore e per il proprio lavoro;
Ottime capacità relazionali, comunicative ed organizzative; personalità brillante;
Attitudine a lavorare per obiettivi ed in tempi ridotti;
Persona motivata, matura, fortemente determinata e completamente autonoma;
Ottimo utilizzo PC;
Ottima conoscenza della lingua Tedesca e Inglese;
Piena disponibilità a trasferte e spostamenti su tutto il territorio internazionale.

Mansioni da svolgere:
Coordinamento di una rete di imprese focalizzate alla vendita all'estero;
Scouting di opportunità commerciali sul territorio, con analisi ed apertura di nuovi canali di vendi-ta;
Individuazione e sviluppo di nuovi clienti, attraverso la gestione di relazioni sistematiche, efficaci e costruttive sul canale department stores, importatori, grossisti;
Mantenimento con costanza - nel tempo
- dei rapporti con la clientela, attraverso un elevato livello di servizio e un'alta attenzione alla relazione;
Partecipazione a fiere ed eventi di settore, con pieno supporto all'organizzazione e gestione della presenza, per la migliore diffusione del brand;
Monitoraggio puntuale della propria attività e predisposizione della relativa reportistica periodica a destinazione della Direzione generale;
Raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali e di marginalità approvati dalla Direzione generale.

Inquadramento e retribuzione: contratto di lavoro subordinato a tempo indeterminato, full time, con adeguato periodo di prova; compensi commisurati all'esperienza e alle competenze effettivamente ma-turate.
