**Il tuo team** Nel tuo nuovo ruolo, entrerai a far parte della Direzione Generation & Energy Management nell’Area Bidding, Dispatching & Energy Management Development. **Su cosa lavorerai** Siamo alla ricerca di una persona che, nel team di Bidding & Dispatching, si occupi di partecipare ai mercati dell’energia per i nostri impianti termoelettrici. I mercati elettrici sono molto dinamici e governati da logiche nazionali ed internazionali che li rendono molto complessi e articolati. I compiti del team in cui lavorerai sono in particolare: - analizzare quotidianamente le dinamiche proprie dei mercati d’interesse, siano essi mercati dell’energia o dei servizi, cercando di valorizzare gli impianti e la loro flessibilità; - definire le migliori strategie di accesso al mercato per i nostri impianti CCGT; - mantenere un dialogo continuo con i colleghi di esercizio e manutenzione degli impianti per favorire interventi tecnico urgenti e/o programmati. - analizzare ex post i risultati dei mercati così da definire le opportune correzioni alle strategie future. - Richiesta laurea in materie scientifiche o percorsi affini; - Strumenti: capacità di analisi dati, sfruttando strumenti vari, a partire dal più classico Excel fino a sistemi più massivi; - buona capacità di analisi dati e di confronto con gli stakeholder coinvolti Siamo alla ricerca di una persona dinamica, pronta a mettere ogni giorno in discussione le proprie scelte per trarre un continuo miglioramento personale e dell’intero team. Il ruolo richiede forte spirito di collaborazione e lavoro di squadra. I mercati dell’energia sono continui e con scadenze non prorogabili, spesso bisogna prendere decisioni in fretta, saper discutere le idee e le opzioni con il resto del team senza generare tensioni ma valutando numericamente e analiticamente cosa scartare o adottare. **La tua sede di lavoro** Potrai lavorare presso l’impianto CCGT sito in Terranova dei Passerini (LO) - via Gulf oppure presso il nostro HQ di Milano in via Alessandro Algardi 4.
