**Department Description**

Atradius is a leading European Surety provider active in 12 countries (Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden). As of Jan 2025, also active in the UK.

Group Surety Marketing & Communications has the role to effectively communicate the Unit business strategy, goals, initiatives, product values and services to both internal and external audience. This is achieved through various internal and external communications, publications strategy and online tools, surveys, and others.

The primary role of a Digital Marketing Advisor is to launch online marketing activities to bolster the Atradius Surety brand, increase awareness, and foster engagement. The primary objective is to streamline processes, nurture relationships, and generate leads.

Furthermore the person will support in streaming reporting documents like presentation and spreadsheet analysis

**In this position key responsibilities will be**:

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- Support the implementation of a CRM Marketing tool.
- Assist in creating and publishing digital marketing content (e.g. website updates, newsletters, blog posts, videos).
- Enhance or start up reporting package to steer the business

**Required qualifications**:

- Tech
- Excellent command of English. Other European languages, such as Italian, Spanish, or French are a plus.
- Knowledge about PPT and excel, power BI or other DB language as a plus
- Pro-active approach, actively seeking tasks rather than waiting for directions
