**Chaberton Professionals**, divisione di **Chaberton Partners** dedicata alla ricerca e selezione di profili di Middle Management, è attualmente alla ricerca di una figura di una figura di **Global Enterprise Architecture Manager** per una realtà leader nel settore FMCG.

Riportando direttamente al CIO, la risorsa avrà la responsabilità di **guidare il processo di trasformazione digitale dell’azienda** con le seguenti responsabilità:

- Fornire una guida strategica al percorso di trasformazione digitale dell'azienda, garantendo che le soluzioni e gli investimenti tecnologici siano in linea con l’architettura aziendale e supportino gli obiettivi strategici dell'azienda;
- Sviluppare e mantenere il quadro dell'architettura aziendale dell'azienda, compresa la definizione di standard tecnici, roadmap tecnologiche e processi di governance;
- Collaborare con i leader aziendali e gli stakeholder IT per fornire leadership di pensiero e visione sulle iniziative tecnologiche dell'azienda;
- Fornire indicazioni e direttive sulla scalabilità, l'affidabilità e la sicurezza dell'infrastruttura técnica dell'azienda;
- Mappare i processi aziendali, condurre ricerche e valutare nuove tecnologie per determinare il loro potenziale impatto sull'architettura aziendale;
- Facilitare le iniziative tecnologiche interfunzionali, fornendo leadership e tutoraggio ai rispettivi team IT.

Requisiti:

- Laurea in Informatica, sistemi informativi o discipline tecniche affini;
- Almeno 8 anni di esperienza nell’**ambito dell’ICT e nell'architettura aziendale**, con ruoli di leadership e people management (la provenienza dal settore dei beni di largo consumo sarà considerata un plus);
- Forte comprensione dei framework per l'architettura aziendale, tra cui **TOGAF o Zachman**;
- **Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese**;
- Forte conoscenza del cloud computing, della gestione dei dati e dell'architettura di sicurezza;
- Eccellenti capacità di mediazione, comunicazione e risoluzione dei conflitti;
- Forte pensiero strategico e capacità di fornire leadership e visione sulle iniziative tecnologiche;
- Agilità mentale, curiosità e orientamento all’innovazione.

**Location**:
Milano (**con possibilità di smart working**).
