**Descrizione Offerta**:

- Job Description: Si ricerca un Project Manager con solide competenze tecniche e forte orientamento al business, in grado di gestire progetti complessi in ambito IT e retail.

Seniority:

- Senior (almeno 5 anni di esperienza)

Activity:

- La figura sarà responsabile della governance progettuale, del coordinamento dei fornitori e dell’allineamento con le politiche del gruppo, operando in un contesto articolato e sfidante.

Hard Skills:

- Recepire e applicare le linee guida e le politiche del gruppo
- Gestire la governance dei progetti, coordinando fornitori e stakeholder interni
- Interfacciarsi con controparte GFT per l’allineamento su scadenze e priorità
- Gestire criticità e comunicare in modo assertivo con business e IT
- Proporre soluzioni alternative nel rispetto delle direttive centrali
- Comprendere i processi retail e supportare l’adozione delle iniziative di gruppo
- Garantire il rispetto delle tempistiche e la qualità delle consegne progettuali
- Esperienza consolidata come PM in contesti strutturati e complessi
- Conoscenza técnica di base
- Capacità di gestione e coordinamento di fornitori esterni
- Conoscenza dei processi retail e delle dinamiche di adozione in contesti internazionali

Soft skills
- Ottimo standing e capacità di interazione con interlocutori di alto livello

**Language**:

- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).

Location: disponibilità alla presenza in sede (Assago/Rozzano) per onboarding e attività collaborative
