Context:
We are looking for a professional with a solid background in both consulting and corporate environments.

Missions/Main Duties:

- Provide direct support to the CFO in managing administrative, accounting, and financial activities
- Collaborate in the preparation of financial statements and monthly/year-end closings
- Supervise and optimize administrative processes
- Prepare periodic management reports for the executive team and the parent company
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and management control activities
- Manage relationships with auditors, consultants, and internal/external stakeholders
- Ensure effective use of ERP systems and support the digital transformation of administrative processe

Profile/Skills:

- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
- At least 4 years of experience in a Big 4 firm, followed by 3-4 years in structured companies
- Knowledge of Italian accounting principles (OIC); familiarity with IFRS is a plus
- Excellent command of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Sistemi, Profis, Piteco, IFD)
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong autonomy, reliability, accuracy, problem-solving skills, and team spirit
