ENERGY MANAGER (industria metallurgica)
La risorsa selezionata opererà nel team ingegneristico, relazionandosi costantemente con l’Ufficio Tecnico, l’area Produzione, l’area Manutenzione ed il Controllo di Gestione interno. Si occuperà in autonomia della rilevazione dei consumi degli impianti presenti, delle analisi e della reportistica necessaria, dovrà implementare gli strumenti di analisi e monitoraggio, avendo come obiettivo l’efficientamento energetico dello stabilimento.
**Nello specifico si occuperà di**:
- Valutare i consumi energetici, verificare e individuare delle curve di carico giornaliere elettriche e termiche con l’ausilio anche di supporto esterno e software, nell’ottica della conservazione e dell’uso razionale dell’energia;
- Verificare e gestire i contratti esistenti collegati ai servizi energetici, col fine di assicurare le prestazioni erogate e pianificare in modo opportuno le proposte di investimento;
- Monitorare le aree di consumo (caratteristiche, potenze impegnate, ore di funzionamento, centri di costo, data di installazione);
- Individuare un set di indicatori di prestazioni energetiche, realizzare e predisporre i bilanci energetici in funzione anche dei parametri economici e degli usi energetici finali;
- Effettuare studi di fattibilità per l’efficientamento energetico
- Monitorare la normativa e l’accesso agli incentivi;
- Verificare i risultati conseguiti
**Requisiti richiesti**:
- Laurea in Ingegneria Energetica, Meccanica, Industriale o indirizzo equivalente
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni in ruolo analogo, maturata presso realtà industriali o in società di servizi energetici
- Buone conoscenze delle dinamiche e delle strumentazioni disponibili in ambito energetico, elettrico e termico.
- Conoscenza di sistemi di monitoraggio energetico, raccolta dati e analisi.
- Padronanza del pacchetto Office e degli strumenti di analisi e reportistica
Completano il profilo ottime capacità organizzative, attitudine al lavoro in team e per obiettivi, proattività e determinazione.
Offerta contrattuale
Inserimento diretto con contratto a tempo indeterminato. Package retributivo commisurato all’esperienza maturata.
