Join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting the Director of Finance & Administration. You’ll help manage accounting, reporting, and tax activities, contributing to the smooth operation of our financial processes across Italy and two international subsidiaries.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Take ownership of accounting and reporting for our French and Spanish commercial subsidiaries, working closely with local consultants
- Support general accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements (US GAAP) and consolidation schedules (OneStream)
- Perform monthly reconciliations and contribute to internal reporting
- Help manage tax compliance (direct and indirect taxes)
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors (SOX/statutory)
- Review and support contract analysis
- Gain exposure to agent regulations (AEC, Enasarco, FIRR)

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or financial control
- Knowledge of Italian civil and tax law; familiarity with US GAAP is a plus
- Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (JDE preferred, Oracle, SAP welcome)
- Good command of English; French is a player
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and a strong team player
