Team Overview and Job Responsibilities
- International Tax Manager it’s a direct report to the Group Tax Director.
- International Tax Manager is supporting the Group Tax Director in the analysis of cross-border tax issues of a specific geographic area and of specific Corporate Projects.
- She/He is responsible for the tax risk management of the subsidiaries in the relevant area. In particular, she/he coordinates local tax consultants and local tax or accounting employees of local subs in analyzing tax aspects of:
- Tax inspections;-
- Tax reporting for the Financial Statement process;-
- And non-ordinary, extraordinary tax issues (including M&A).She/He is supporting the group Tax Director, in coordinating extraordinary projects aimed to minimize the tax risk of the Group. She/He participates to extraordinary Projects leaded by other Corporate functions (e.g. M&A, Finance, etc) in order to outline any possible tax risk or opportunity.
