You will work closely with industry leaders that have gained remarkable experience by working in Big 4 professional services and in house, and will contribute to the creation of this service offering and the success of BIP Law & Tax in the market. Given our ambitious growth targets and demand received from clients, we are looking for the following roles: **Tax Incentive & Grants Advisor** **"What will your challenge be?"** As a Tax Incentives & Grants Specialist, you will play a key role in the growth and international expansion of our xTax service line, supporting companies in unlocking value through fiscal incentives, grants, and funding opportunities. You will not only design and deliver incentive strategies but also contribute to rethinking these services in a technological key, leveraging the xTax ecosystem to create digital solutions that optimize the management of incentives and integrate them seamlessly into finance and business operations. Will you be the one to join our team? **What you will do** - Identify, design, and manage tax incentive and grant opportunities at national and EU level, supporting clients in accessing funding for innovation, sustainability, and growth projects. - Translate regulatory requirements and incentive frameworks into structured processes and digital solutions, ensuring transparency and compliance. - Collaborate with colleagues with tax, legal, and technology expertise to deliver end-to-end incentive strategies, integrating them into clients’ planning, reporting, and performance systems. - Contribute to the digital transformation of incentives management, exploring AI, automation, and data platforms to monitor eligibility, deadlines, and KPIs. - Support business development through proposals, presentations, and thought leadership on fiscal incentives and their technological evolution. - Act as a connector with other BIP competences, fostering synergies and cross-selling opportunities. - Mentor junior colleagues, sharing expertise and building capabilities in the Tax Incentives & Grants team. **What we are looking for** - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in tax incentives, grants, or public funding. - Proven experience in tax incentives, grants, or public funding, ideally gained in consulting firms or within corporate finance / tax departments. - Solid understanding of incentive schemes (e.g. R&D tax credits, green transition funds, Patent Box, EU funding programs, Industry 4.0). - Interest in digital transformation, with curiosity about how technology (AI, RPA, data analytics, ERP/EPM integration) can support incentive management. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex regulations in clear business terms. - Consulting background (Big4 or equivalent) or corporate experience in structured environments is highly valued. - Qualification as Chartered Accountant or Lawyer is highly valued but not mandatory. - Fluent in Italian and English. **What we offer** - Professional and personal growth in a dynamic and innovative firm. - A multidisciplinary culture where tax, legal, and technology meet. - Exposure to global professionals and cutting-edge incentive frameworks.Tailored career development and learning opportunities. **Location**: Milan (with flexibility for hybrid working or working from other European countries with existing BIP presence) **Practice**: BIP Law & Tax | xTax service - Tax Technology & Transformation **Reporting to**: Head of Tax Technology & Transformation **Why Choose BIP** At BIP, we put people at the center.
