The **Group Aeffe** is an international company in the fashion and luxury branch and is active in the creation, production and distribution of a wide range of products including prêt-à-porter, footwear and leather goods, lingerie and beachwear. The Group develops, produces and distributes, with a view to constant attention to uniqueness and exclusivity, its collections with proprietary brands, "Alberta Ferretti", "Moschino" and "Pollini". For our “Alberta Ferretti/Moschino” store in Florence, we are looking for a **Floor Manager**. The resource will take care of the retail operations, including people management and operational activities. He/she will work as a “Brand Ambassador”, able to represent the values and the image of our Brand. He/she will inspire and motivate the Team to achieve sales targets, providing an excellent service to our customers and ensuring to clients an exclusive shopping experience. Key Accountabilities: - Cooperate with different stakeholders (Retail and Corporate Offices, external providers, etc ). - Prepare and update weekly/monthly reports. - Manage administrative tasks and back office activities. - Plan Team rotation. - Stock supervisor and inventory management. Key Requirements: - Luxury Retail experience (minimum 3/5 years) as Floor or Department Manager. - Flexible and assertive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Team player and good at motivating the Team. - Commercial awareness, goal oriented and strong attitude in managing an effective selling ceremony and a satisfying customer service. - Strong interest for the Fashion & Luxury world. - Fluent in Italian and English: the knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus. Location: Via Porta Rossa 107/R, Firenze. Hours: full time.
