For our client, important multinational company in the retail sector, we are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition.
- Develop and improve the Talent Management processes, designing and implementing new tools within the function;
- identify the appropriate career paths while actively shaping a strong engaging working environment, defining talents initiatives and working on a common purpose and objective;
- be responsible for defining the process and executing the talent acquisition strategy based on corporate business strategies and talent needs.
- Consolidated experience of at least 6 years in HR roles in HR consultancy and modernly structured contexts;
- ability to work for results and excellence;
- client focused approach, business acumen and active listener;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with different countries;
- Innovative person with strong ability to plan and coordinate, think strategically, and make decisive judgment;
- Fluency in English.
