**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the overall project plan, schedule, budget, and resources for the power and substations scope of the project
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including contractors, vendors, engineers, and consultants
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and risk management plans
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
- Manage project financials, including forecasting, budget tracking, and change management
- Ensure quality control and safety measures are implemented throughout the project
- Provide regular project status updates to the project team and senior management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing power and substations projects
- Experience working in a data center or critical facilities environment is highly preferred
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and budget control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Fluent in Italian and English

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
