Il nostro cliente, azienda leader nel settore automotive, ci ha incaricato di ricercare la figura di:
**HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGER**
La risorsa verrà inserita all’interno del dipartimento Health and Safety, garantendo l’incolumità e la tutela della salute dei lavoratori, nel rispetto delle normative in materia di prevenzione e sicurezza, tutelando inoltre l’azienda rispetto ai temi di competenza.
Promuoverà la prevenzione e l'adozione di misure obbligatorie in tutti gli ambiti di sicurezza, ambiente, igiene e salute dei lavoratori. La risorsa opererà in prima persona al fine di favorire la diffusione di una cultura della sicurezza, anche attraverso una costante attività di coaching dei responsabili dei vari dipartimenti all’interno dello stabilimento, e altresì coordinandosi con i responsabili Health and Safety presso gli altri impianti del gruppo dislocati sul territorio nazionale.
La risorsa avrà un ruolo di rilievo al fine di garantire la costante sicurezza del personale a seguito dell’implementazione di nuovi macchinari industriali per la produzione.
Si occuperà inoltre di elaborare costante reportistica per il management individuando possibili aree di rischio, fornendo azioni di miglioramento continuo o eventuali necessità di una tempestiva attuazione, facendosi promotore delle stesse.
L’Health and Safety Manager dovrà gestire in autonomia tutti gli aspetti legati ad infortuni e idoneità dei lavoratori presenti all’interno del sito di produzione, interfacciandosi con vari stakeholders, fra cui il dipartimento delle Risorse Umane e le figure mediche competenti.
