Umana, per azienda del settore logística e trasporti, cerca n.1 **IMPIEGATO CUSTOMER CARE.**

La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- Gestione trasporti import/export
- Gestione reclami
- Rapporto con clienti e fornitori
- Inserimento, registrazione degli ordini e delle richieste di consegne dei clienti
- Gestione pratiche
- Aggiornamento e archiviazione dati

Si richiede:

- Ottima conoscenza della **lingua inglese** (parlata e scritta)
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office
- Capacità comunicative e relazionali
- Dinamicità e flessibilità

Si offre contratto full-time dal lunedì al venerdì dalle ore 8.30 alle 12.30 e dalle 14.00 alle 17.30.
