Siamo alla ricerca di un/una **Junior Sous Chef** talentuoso/a e motivato/a da inserire nel nostro team di cucina presso Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale, un prestigioso hotel situato nel cuore di Milano, a pochi passi dalla stazione Centrale.

**Responsabilità principali**:

- Collaborare a stretto contatto con l’**Head Chef** per garantire la qualità e la coerenza delle preparazioni
- Supervisionare e supportare il team di cucina durante i servizi
- Contribuire alla creazione e all’aggiornamento del menù
- Mantenere alti standard di igiene e sicurezza alimentare
- Gestire ordini e forniture in collaborazione con l'Head Chef.

**Qualifications**:
**Requisiti**:

- ** Esperienza pregressa** di almeno 2 anni nel ruolo di Chef de Partie o Junior Sous Chef, preferibilmente in contesti alberghieri o ristoranti di livello
- Ottima conoscenza della **lingua italiana** (scritta e parlata)
- Capacità organizzative, leadership e attenzione al dettaglio
- Flessibilità oraria e disponibilità a lavorare su turni, anche nei weekend e nei giorni festivi
- Passione per la cucina e desiderio di crescita professionale.
