**Deal Advisory** is a **KPMG Advisory** line of Services that helps clients find and drive value throughout their transformation and transaction lifecycle. We support our clients with an integrated and independent approach in mergers & acquisitions, project finance & infrastructure, valuations, real estate and debt financing.

You will join our Corporate Finance professionals in the **Consumer & Industrial** Industry in **Padova** and will contribute to first-class projects, developing unique skills. Being an active member of four Corporate Finance Practice, you will be part of the #1 M&A mid-market advisor both at a local and global level, you will be able to learn and grow thanks to inspiring and trusted leaders and you will build your career in one of the most exciting environments.

You will support senior colleagues in:

- Valuation of businesses and companies
- M&A execution
- An excellent Master’s degree in Business or Management Engineering
- Knowledge and understanding of financial statements
- Proficiency in English, ideally improved trough an educational/working experience abroad
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite

A working/internship experience during University will be considered a plus.
