Job Description Summary:
Our Construction Team is growing and we are looking for a Construction Project Manager for PV Plants in Italy.

In this role you will provide Construction Project Manager (CPM) duties as per business processes and ensure designated construction projects are completed to required quality standard on time and within budget.

**Job Description**:
Main Responsibilities- Undertake Project Manager role including budget management on each delegated project and ensure free flow and timely availability of information between various project interfaces;- Assume role of client’s representative within various construction contract agreements. Be counterpart to contractor and supplier alongside Commercial Contract Manager;- Liaise with Engineering and Asset Management teams to ensure quality requirements and specifications are met, ensuring constructed plants can be operated to the pre-construction assumptions of availability and production levels;- Lead the planning and construction phases of projects from planning approval (Phase 3) to completion (Phase 4) within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality requirements, in full compliance with statutory and Company Health, Safety and Environmental standards; Full integration with Procurement, Engineering, Business Development and M&A, Legal, plus other involved corporate functions;- Provide technical and commercial input into the development phase of projects, including greenfield or M&A generated assets- Assist the procurement department in the preparation of specifications, tenders, project plans and other documents to achieve project delivery and during technical and commercial negotiation with supply chain to ensure company objectives are met;- Input during preparation of investment budget for approval of Investment memorandum and supporting documentation;- Liaise and consult with local communities during the construction phase of the projects, being main point of contact for community representatives;- Work in conjunction with other development stakeholders e.g. landowners, tenants, utility companies and local Councils, reaching agreements and resolutions as necessary to facilitate project delivery;- Monitor quality assurance process and environmental management during construction phase.

Key requirements- 5+ years of experience in a similar position, with a preference in PV projects;- Drivers license required;- Degree or equivalent qualification in project management will be a plus;- Proactive approach;- Good Communication and Relation skills;- Italian and English fluent written and spoken.
