**Assistant Supply Chain Manager**, Milan**

**About the Role**

As an Assistant Supply Chain Manager within our Supply Chain department you will assist the Senior Supply Chain Managing by building great relationships with our suppliers and collaborate with internal departments in the supply of goods to our global promotional campaigns. Whilst keeping our inventory to a minimum.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist and support Senior Supply Chain Manager in the supply of goods to our loyalty campaigns
- Monitoring and managing sales proposals, providing information on available inventory and production deadlines
- Working with suppliers to place POs
- Monitoring and managing campaign demand and supply requirements
- Ensure the accurate updating of supply chain systems to maintain accurate inventory records
- Maintain and improve relationships suppliers and factories
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Carry out projects as directed to support department objectives
- Produce standard and adhoc reports to support department objectives and processes
- Happy to travel internationally for work when required

With previous experience working in a supply chain environment (ideally circa 2 years of relevant experience), together with:

- Experience in managing inventory and/or production planning
- Excellent written and verbal Italian and English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience maintaining positive relationships (internal and external)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS office
- Ability to extract and manipulate data for analysis
- Flexible adaptable approach
