We are looking for a **Sales Reporting Specialist **to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **Head of Sales Operations & Planning.**
- Preparing official commercial data reports to support Board resolutions, Group requirements, or external requests
- Coordinating the Company BI development and strategy implementation for the entire Sales Department
- Proposing and developing relevant reports on the Company BI with the support of a dedicate IT structure where necessary
- Promoting and monitor the adoption of the new Company BI to other users
- Commercial report preparation and presentation addressed to internal customers to steer commercial strategies and policies
- Reports and presentations that include
- Order bank
- Orders collected
- Dealer demonstrator vehicles
- Vehicles delivered to dealers
- Dealers Stock
- Factory Stock
- Car deliveries to final customer
- Analysis conducted on actual figures vs plans, vs targets, but also on forecast and possible scenarios

**About you**
- Bachelor or Master degree in Economics or Statistics
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role
- Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Business Intelligence instruments knowledge (the Microstrategy solution will be considered a plus)
- Statistics knowledge will be considered a plus
- Fluent in English, German will be considered a plus
- Result orientation
- Attitude to work in stressful conditions
- Excellent communication skills
- Precision and details orientation
- Analytical attitude and capacity to see beyond the numbers
- Planning skills
