An exciting opportunity has arisen within JS as Content Production Producer, who will be a part of Marketing and supports the Creative Services Manager in the coordination of Jil Sander’s campaigns and content production. This role oversees the production of global and regional campaigns, social media content, e-commerce, and corporate assets.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take ownership of production projects from inception to completion, managing timelines and budget targets, invoices and payments, and post-production deliverables
- Oversee the negotiation with external agencies and suppliers for talent availability and fees
- Coordinate equipment rentals for photoshoot
- Coordinate props sourcing and manage the set design stock
- Coordinate catering and external vendors booking and negotiation
- Coordinate products coordination and shipment for photoshoots
- Coordinate travel-oriented logistics including flight bookings, car bookings, hotel bookings
- Identify and address logístical challenges and issues that arise during production, such as scheduling conflicts, budget issues, or technical difficulties
- Support intellectual property matters and agreements next steps with legal team
- Monitor campaign post-production process
- Support in preparation of creative reviews and presentation to top management and studio

QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent in English
- 4+ years in production, ideally with a luxury or fashion brand
- Organized, detail oriented and flexible
- Experience with on set production
- Understanding of international business culture, diplomatic skills
- Agile and problem-solving attitude
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
