We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as **Accounting & Payroll Intern**

**As Accounting & Payroll Intern you will**:

- Manage the billing/active invoicing process (monthly/quarterly);
- Perform month-end bank account reconciliations and financial close, coordinating with external fiscal/tax consultants;
- Support in payment cycles;
- Have daily control of financial flows and bank reconciliations;
- Support in structuring and optimizing internal invoicing and accounting processes
- Manage employment (e.g., internship or other) contracts and related active employment policies
- Support on HR administrative duties (eg. onboarding documents, Health and Safety, Payroll, GDPR, restaurant tickets, etc.) and maintaining all HR records and documents organized

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree is preferred
- Strong problem-solving mindset and great level of proactivity
- Excellent analytics and time management skills
- Passion for start-up environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
