La Divisione D&I di LHH RS in collaborazione con Multinazionale settore Industriale è alla ricerca di un/a
HR BP Emea (Italia, Regno Unito, Emirati Arabi) appartenente alle categorie protette l.68/99 Art.1.
**Responsibilities**
Riportando al Global HR Director e Corporate HR collaborerà con il Direttore Generale per svolgere tutte le funzioni previste per il ruolo:
- Sviluppare i piani organizzativi
- definire il budget e il piano di inserimento annuale in collaborazione con i referenti preposti
- supervisionare e garantire l’attuazione dei processi operativi HR
- garantire l’uso e la manutenzione efficace dei sistemi operativi
- collaborare con l’area legale e sindacale per la definizione degli accordi contrattuali
- monitorare e revisionare annualmente le retribuzioni secondo le politiche aziendali
- aggiornare l’organico e relativo costo del lavoro
- effettuare la valutazione delle competenze/prestazioni/formazione/pianificazione successioni/job rotation/mobilità internazionale/la stesura delle job description e loro aggiornamento
- gestire la comunicazione interna e della travel policy, instaurare rapporti con enti scolastici ed universitari locali per promuovere collaborazioni

laurea in materie economiche + Master in Human Resources
disponibilità a trasferte internazionali
Inglese fluente
pregressa esperienza di 5 anni in ruolo analogo presso multinazionali
la conoscenza della disciplina legale
leadership, problem solving, time management, resilienza
