As an **Area Sales Manager Lombardia**, you are passionate about creating and executing the sales strategy by developing successful long-term relationships with clients mainly based in Lombardia.

Your responsibilities include:

- Managing and developing the assigned area customers’ portfolio.
- Exhibiting your impeccable knowledge of the assignedarea (Lombardia) by proactively identifying, handling and developing local Business Travel/MICE sales relationships.
- Assisting the business in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term and value-based customer relationships to meet the set expectations.
- Supporting the Event Departments by identifying and securing possible sales opportunities.
- Assuring proper after-sales follow-up with customers to obtain supportive feedback on service and product delivery in order to identify and address possible areas of improvement.
- Supporting our properties in all sales activities and projects.
- Coordinating with the Head Office sales team and with the other hotels’ sales teams.
