Umana SPA filiale di Merate cerca, per importante azienda alimentare in zona BIASSONO (MB) n.1 IMPIEGATO/A CUSTOMER CARE.

L'azienda è tra i leader nazionali nella produzione alimentare, ambito carni, ed è alla ricerca di una figura junior da inserire nel proprio team Customer Care, che avrà modo di interfacciarsi con i clienti-azienda dell'area UE ex EXTRA-UE.

La figura risponde gerarchicamente al responsabile customer care e si occupa di:

- Inserimento e sblocco ordini (Italia ed estero)
- Valutazione scontistica in fattura;
- Gestione timing consegne e certificati doganali:

Laurea o diploma;_
- _
Pregressa esperienza (3-12 mesi) che includa il contatto con clienti o fornitori italiani ed esteri;
- _Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata) e gradita conoscenza della lingua francese;_
- _
Buon uso del PC e di Office, gradita conoscenza dei software Xtel/SM1, JDE, Pyramid.Sede di lavoro: BIASSONO (MB)

Orario: 8:30 - 18:00

Contratto: Full-time a tempo determinato, CCNL Alimentare Industria, finalizzato all'assunzione a tempo indeterminato.
