Proclinical are recruiting an Associate Director, Medical Information Italy for a biotech corporation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Milan. The client is focused on creating, developing and commercialising life-changing remedies for those suffering from severe illnesses.
**Responsibilities**:
- Form and guide efficient and influential traditional and digital communication strategies and tools using an omni-channel approach if able to reach numerous shareholders in Italy.
- You will facilitate the development of an arranged one voice approach to shareholder engagement.
- Offer product assistance and essential direction to medical information call center colleagues which involves inquiry management.
- Uphold core product reference literature and required critical competitor and disease literature references.
- Supply medical information assistance at company sponsored medical information booth and other updated on inquiries at the day-today medical debriefs.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.
**Key Skills and Requirements**:
- Educated to a PhD degree level in a relevant field.
- At least 5+ years of experience with scientific communications, with at least 2 years of experience in medical information.
- Comprehension of Italy specific healthcare regulatory settings connected to medical practice and pharmaceutical organisations.
- Willing to travel for business needs up to 25% of the time for medical congresses.
