**This position reports to**:
Application Sales Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Helping to prepare the technical aspects of quotation to customers.
- Delivering technical training sessions to internal teams and customers.
- Performing diagnostics and analysis to make improvement recommendations based on customers’ needs.
- Contributing technical details and perspectives in a various stages, and delivering technical presentations, drawings and demonstrations of complex product issues.
- Developing software solutions and performing test activities on customer sites.
- Focusing PLC products, support customers on drives products as well and collaborate with internal teams for developing package and software solutions which involves all products portfolio.
- Support PLC products initiatives of OEM HUB in Southern Europe Countries.

**Your background**:

- Degree in Automation/Electrical field.
- 2 years of experience working as Application Engineer.
- Demonstrated experience in commissioning automation plants and industrial machinery, supporting customers on site.
- Sound knowledge of PLC and the Automation market.
- Knowledge of CoDeSys and C++ programming languages.
- Fluent in English.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
