**ACCOUNT MANAGER - Tempo Indeterminato per la zona di Biella e Vercelli**

Ricerchiamo Account Manager che, riportando all’ Area Sales Manager e lavorando all’interno di un team sales, garantirà l’acquisizione, la gestione e lo sviluppo dei clienti assegnati, raggiungendo risultati di fatturato e margine in linea con i target attesi.

**LE PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA'**

**Gestire e sviluppare il portafoglio clienti assegnato attraverso**:

- un intenso presidio relazionale sui clienti, vis a vis e telefonico;
- un’accurata attività di analisi ed elaborazione dati attraverso strumenti di CRM aziendali e di reporting giornaliero delle visite svolte;
- analisi e monitoraggio dei principali KPI del cliente per coglierne le opportunità commerciali;
- gestire le richieste dei clienti esistenti e collaborare in maniera proattiva con gli altri reparti.

**Sviluppare nuove opportunità di business nell’area di competenza**:

- acquisire nuovo business attraverso un’intensa attività di scouting sulla lista di prospect assegnati dall’azienda;
- presidiare tutte le fasi della negoziazione dalla raccolta dell’esigenze fino alla chiusura dell’opportunità;
- collaborare con gli specialisti di prodotto allo sviluppo di nuove opportunità commerciali;
- pianificare le priorità di vendita in accordo col proprio Area Sales Manager.

**REQUISITI E COMPETENZE**:

- Diploma o laurea;
- Preferibile pregressa esperienza in ambito commerciale;
- Forte assertività;
- Proattività, dinamismo e spirito di team;
- Capacità relazionale e negoziale;
- Flessibilità e intraprendenza;
- Skills Digitali;
- **Residenza: Biella, Vercelli o comuni limitrofi**
