**HR Specialist**:
For the expansion of our Human Resources department, we are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team.
Organizing internal staff training, with a particular focus on funded training
Contract management and personnel administration
Managing relationships with legal firms and external suppliers
Drafting internal documentation (policies, manuals, documents, etc.)
Supporting the performance management and employee development process, such as defining career plans, etc.
Reporting
Supporting personnel organization and internal communication activities
Supporting the daily activities of the HR Department

**Requirements**:
Degree
Good knowledge of English
Knowledge of the Metalworking National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico)
Preferable experience with Zucchetti management software
Good command of Excel
Previous experience as an HR Specialist is necessary
Proactivity and teamworking skills
Flexibility
Strong organizational, relational, and communication skills
