Tasks
- Accurate booking of all journal entries and accounting documents into the accounting system (QuickBooks).
- Preparing of statutory financial statements, including additional notes and management reports.
- Management of yearly tax compliance (CIT return, VAT return etc.)
- Check on a monthly basis the balances of the accounts and support in the preparation of analyses and budgeting of the accounts if requested.
- Prepare primary accounting documents (Invoicing).
- Manage capital assets and accounts payable and receivable.
- Work in Company’s CRM platform.
- Manage bank and payroll transactions.
**Requirements**:
- Chartered Accountant.
- Qualified tax professional (experience with Italian Tax Legislation and Taxation).
- 1-2 years of experience in similar environments.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and budget accounts.
- Advanced level in English both written and spoken
- Experience in QuickBooks accounting platform.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Italian, English - Advanced.
**Will be a plus**:
- Experience in working with foreign payment instruments (PayPal, Paxum, Payoneer).
