Midsummer Italia is now preparing to start up the production facility in Bari and are currently looking for Machine operators.

**Job description**:
The daily work involves handling automated and semi-automated machines in order to produce the outer layer on the solar cell and the module production involves tasks such as soldering of the solar cell, which requires high precision. After initial training on all machines, you will also be responsible for scheduling and performing maintenance and service of machinery, overseeing the installation of machinery and equipment and eventually train people within the own work group on correct operation procedures. It is important to take own responsibility and to be able to work independently after initial training.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Understanding manufacturing processes and how one process affects the next one.
- Understanding engineering and technical information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical approach.
- Minimum B2 level of English
