With more than 25 subsidiaries and 600 boutiques MONTBLANC is present all over the world.
- Support the training manager in creating the training sessions in the back office and proactively look for feedbacks
- Learn how to use SAP, inserting new suppliers and creating PO codes
- Be responsible for the induction of our MeApp to new hires
- Posting insights on the Community Wall of our MeApp
- Translate the Launch Alert and create subtitles for all the video in our MeApp
- Translate the Newsletter and the Modules on our MeApp
- Use E-vite (online invitation tool) for training sessions with many attendees
- Monitor the budget daily
- Support the Competencies Development Manager during the training sessions

**How will you experience success with us?**
- Previous experience at Training/HR preferred
- Experience in managing processes and projects with excellent detail coordination
- Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a forward-thinking and a proactive approach
- Ability to effectively interact with senior level managers
- Confident in using MS Office, including good MS Excel
- Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English
