**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process the offers requested by customers indicating quantity, type of product, price, product coding, etc. and takes care of the evolution of the offer
- Manage the entire order process and in case of need or request from the customer, issues pro forma invoices, offers and/or order confirmation
- Manage operations relating to letters of credit in compliance with company procedures
- Enter the order into the computer system accompanying it with all the required information
- Check with the competent functions that the requested product is available, indicates the delivery times and priorities to be followed or starts the operational procedure with the production department., subsequently issues the final invoice
- Gather all documents necessary for export operations according to internal company procedures in compliance with laws, regulations and provisions relating to foreign trade
- Prepare the export procedure by collecting correspondence, instructions to shippers and any other document for the successful completion of the procedure itself in compliance with tax regulations
- Maintain relationships with banks regarding international procedures relating to forms of payment
- Manage the issuing of credit/debit notes for returned goods or any price differences and verifies the attached documentation and authorization notes
- Maintain relationships with shippers, checks invoices and takes care of the related accounting registration
- Produce the documentation for carrying out export customs operations

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Experience in customer service and export in a manufacturing company
- Good communication skills in English and Italian
- Familiarity with IT tools such as MS Office
- Good knowledge of SAP ERP system
- Strong attitude for problem solving and team working skills
