Per il nostro staff interno della sede di **Milano **SGB Humangest ricerca un/a **Junior Labor Relations Specialist**

Riportando direttamente al Responsabile Ufficio Legale, la risorsa sarà coinvolta in tutte le seguenti attività:

- Assicurare la corretta gestione delle politiche di relazioni industriali in funzione delle necessità organizzative e strategiche e garantire costante consulenza in ambito legal presidiando l’area normativa di riferimento
- Per tutte le problematiche connesse al personale operativo sui siti logistici/magazzini dislocati sul territorio italiano rappresenta il punto di riferimento per le OOSS territoriali e nazionali e per le Rappresentanze Sindacali Aziendali, con cui avrà modo di gestire rapporti regolari
- Supporta l’ufficio HR nella redazione di eventuali contestazioni disciplinari per le risorse operative degli appalti (dirette e/o somministrate) e nella gestione della contestazione, confrontandosi con gli stakeholders interni (es. Logistic Specialist/Area Manager/staff di filiale) per la redazione e consegna al dipendente.
- Collabora con il Lega Counsel e l’HR Manager nella gestione dei casi di esodo del personale coinvolgendo lo studio legale esterno in caso di controversia
- Supervisiona in prima persona la stesura/revisione di contratti di appalto -fornitura
- in fase di start appalto, analisi e supervisione degli accordi riportati per verifica della conformità alle policy interne

**Job requirements**:

- Gradita Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza
- 1-2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo maturata in realtà modernamente strutturate
- Buona conoscenza del diritto del lavoro e dimestichezza con CCNL (articolazione, contenuti)
- Buona conoscenza della contrattualistica civilistica
- Completano il profilo: Flessibilità e capacità di adattamento nell’esecuzione delle attività quotidiane, buona abilità di stress management e problem solving, ottima capacità di sintonizzarsi efficacemente con l’interlocutore, interno ed esterno

Milano città, zona Nord con possibilità di trasferte sul territorio nazionale.
