**Digital Production Specialist**:

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure consistency and quality of images across diverse digital platforms.
- Liaise with design/creative team on styling and image review process.
- Work on a yearly shooting plan, manage the shooting calendar, set up the deadline to make sure all images are qualified and delivered on time.
- Liaise with photo studio on production and postproduction; assist with all aspects of the production: create call sheets, shooting list etc.
- Operational management on set, monitor shooting process and support on-set where necessary to ensure image quotas per shoot are met.
- Liaise with logistic and internal customer care team on item transfer and delivery.
- Contributing on shooting budget management, invoices, and administrative responsibilities.
- Support digital merchandising team on image uploading and image replacement on website.
- Coordinate with third parties such as Marketplaces or wholesale partners when needed.
- Requirements:

- 3- 5 years of experience in digital production- Flexibility, precision, attention to details. Capacity to work under pressure in a high-paced environment.
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Knowledge of Adobe creative suit (photoshop, indesign), PIM and Salesforce Commerce Cloud will be a plus
