Sales Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:
- Proven experience and solid networking in a digital sales role, preferably in the industrial or IT/OT sector.
- Ability to articulate a vision for the customer’s digital journey based on knowledge of customers’ business and ABB offerings, providing clarity on ultimate destination and a stepwise plan for getting there.
- Strong ability in building and selling digital solutions anticipating unexpressed customer needs. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent
- You are at ease communicating in Italian and English
- Familiarity with major CRM tools and data analysis software
- Experience within software development lifecycle (design, architecture, development, and deployment) or IT technical sales is desirable. Knowledge of Cyber Security, Predictive Maintenance, Sustainability and Manufacturing Digital Applications are a plus.
