**Essential Job Functions**:
- Perform data analysis tasks and assist in data-driven projects.
- Support senior data scientists in their work, contributing to data modeling and analysis.
- Assist in generating data reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Develop foundational data analysis skills through hands-on experience.
- Participate in data collection, data cleansing, and data preprocessing.
- Collaborate with team members to monitor project progress and deliver results.
- Contribute to data visualization efforts to enhance data communication.
- Learn and adapt to data science best practices and emerging technologies.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role
- Proficiencies in data collection, data quality assurance, and basic modeling
- Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
**Other Qualifications**:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Possession of relevant certifications in data analysis or data engineering is a plus
