What you will do

ACTIVITIES:

- Drive quality and consumer satisfaction improvement and contribute achieving requested quality targets by gathering, organizing and deep diving consumer related quality data for washing appliances from different sources
- Identifying the key drivers and providing to quality platform managers all elements needed to understand root causes and and set up proper corrective actions;
- Organize synthesis of data analysis results providing clear and straightforward evidence to boost decision making; grant proper quality and consumer satisfaction reporting for effective communication about product line quality.

What you need to succeed

REQUIREMENTS and COMPETENCES

Must Have:

- Background education on data management and analytic methods.
- University degree on statistics, mathematics or data management related courses.
- Italian and English fluent.
- Solid teamwork. Proactive attitude.

Nice to have:

- Previous working experience on data analysis. Experience in home appliances.
- Skills on effective communication are appreciated.
- Nice to have previous working experience in data analysis, consumer ratings, quality or home appliances field.
