We are looking for a **Junior Plant Controller** to be inserted in our AFC department in our Plant in Piombino Dese.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible of the preparation and analysis of the Monthly Management Closing (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and KPIs);
- Manage the Business Plan, Budget and Forecast processes (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow and KPIs);
- Perform variance monthly analysis of actual versus plan and periodical reports to support management decisions (e.g. Production efficiency, Stock analysis, Fixed costs, Capex, Projects and initiatives )
- Responsible for providing information for the Product Costing in accordance with the Group Guidelines
- Act like a business partner for internal stakeholders in order to understand the strategy and suggest supporting actions

**Qualifications**
- Master's Degree in Finance, Economics or similar;
- Strong knowledge of Excel (familiarity with ERP and Business Intelligence tools will be a plus);
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
