**Guest Relations Agent - Lindbergh Hotels**

Lindbergh Hotels è un distinto gruppo di hotel e resort di lusso situati in Italia, specificamente nelle regioni delle Marche, Sicilia, Umbria ed Emilia Romagna. Grand Hotel San Pietro, parte di questo prestigioso gruppo, è una struttura di lusso situata a Taormina, sinonimo di eleganza, tradizione italiana e ospitalità di alto livello. Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Guest Relations Agent motivato/a e affidabile, con esperienza comprovata nel ruolo, preferibilmente in strutture di pari livello, da inserire nel nostro team dedicato all’accoglienza e alla cura dell’ospite.

**Responsabilità principali**:

- Supportare il Guest Relations Manager nell'organizzazione e gestione delle attività di accoglienza e assistenza agli ospiti.
- Accogliere gli ospiti al loro arrivo, fornendo un servizio cordiale, professionale e personalizzato.
- Gestire richieste speciali, reclami e feedback degli ospiti, garantendo una rapida ed efficace risoluzione.
- Coordinarsi con gli altri reparti (ricevimento, housekeeping, ristorazione, ecc.) per assicurare un'esperienza fluida e impeccabile.
- Promuovere i servizi dell’hotel e assistere gli ospiti nella prenotazione di attività, transfer ed escursioni.

**Requisiti**:
Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Guest Relations o in una posizione a contatto diretto con il cliente, preferibilmente in hotel di lusso.

Ottime capacità comunicative, relazionali e di problem solving.

Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di altre lingue straniere è considerata un plus.

Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e alla gestione di situazioni complesse con professionalità e discrezione.

Conoscenza del territorio e dei principali servizi turistici della zona di Taormina.

**Cosa offriamo**:

- Sede di lavoro: Grand Hotel San Pietro - Taormina (ME)
- Contratto di lavoro full time a tempo determinato, secondo il CCNL Industria Turistica
- Periodo di collaborazione: da subito fino al ottobre 2025
- Tariffa Friends & Family presso tutte le strutture del gruppo Lindbergh
- Ambiente di lavoro dinamico, stimolante e professionale
- Alloggio fornito per il personale fuori sede

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 5 mesi
