**Starting: 01.03.2025**:**The Hapimag Resort Tonda in Tuscany is centrally located and the perfect starting point for exploring attractive tourist centers such as Siena, Florence or the famous town of San Gimignano. Equipped with 65 holiday apartments, the resort also has a restaurant, pool bar, shop and an outdoor pool with a wonderful view.**

**To support our front office team, we are looking for a committed personality**

**What you can expect**:

- Support and advice for our guests during their stay
- Check-In / Check-Out
- Independent cash management during the shift
- General guest correspondence and reservation acceptance
- Creation of customer information and weekly program

**What you bring along**:

- Completed training plus ideally professional experience in a similar position; lateral entry is possible
- Good knowledge of German and English, Italian a big plus
- Upbeat and hospitable personality
