Join us as an HR Equity Compensation Intern within our HR Total Reward and International Mobility Function. You’ll be reporting to the Global Equity Compensation Senior Manager, who heads the Value4All program. This equity compensation strategy is part of our 2030 Social Ambition agenda and it encourages Prysmian employees’ share ownership through three share-based plans: ‘BE IN on the value creation, say YES to your future, and GROW with the group’.

What are you going to do?
Help implementing our three share-based plans
- Support the data maintenance on the global portal administering the plans
- Support cross-function collaboration and data flows
- Prepare and develop analytics and reports for the senior leadership
- Support the regular accounting reporting
- Assist with internal communication promoting the 3 plans
- Prepare presentations for Board of Directors, Remunerations and Nominations Committee, HR community, and employees
What will you bring to the table?
A master's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, HR or a related field
- Fluency in English
- Advanced IT proficiency, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- A team player mindset with robust interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility, adaptability and a positive can-do attitude
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Proactivity and curiosity
- Commitment to delivering a top-notch of customer service, both internally and externally
Previous HR experience is nice to have, but not required. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with us.
