Multinazionale operante nel settore HVAC e sistemi di controllo con sede a Sesto San Giovanni, ricerca una figura di Coordinatore/trice area order processing & contract.

**Principali attività**:
La risorsa si occuperà di coordinare il personale addetto alla gestione degli ordini e al customer service.

Unitamente alla gestione degli ordini si occuperà di revisionare tutti i contratti da cui ne derivano gli ordini ed eventuale supporto customer service.

Di seguito le principali:

- Verifica degli accordi commerciali e della documentazione relativa agli ordini clienti
- Caricamento e gestione ordini clienti su sistema gestionale tramite interfaccia con il CRM
- Supporto alla struttura vendita per la gestione di resi, reclami, ritardi di consegna minimizzando i tempi di risposta e risoluzione delle problematiche;
- Supporto al Credit Manager nel controllo delle condizioni di vendita adottate sugli ordini processati
- Gestione schede anagrafiche clienti
- Gestione processo di creazione ed invio fatture di vendita elettroniche
- Gestione portali
- Analizzare i dati statistici per determinare il livello del servizio che viene fornito al cliente
- Raccogliere i feedback della clientela ed estrapolare dati utili per il miglioramento del servizio
- Conoscenza delle tipiche formule dei contratti commerciali
- Buona conoscenza di un gestionale ERP (SAP o simili)
- Buona conoscenza e familiarità con i software CRM (customer relationship management)
- Familiarità nella gestione e analisi statistica dei dati.

- Precisione, affidabilità e proattività
- Problem solving
- Ottime capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione del lavoro
- Buona conoscenza ed autonomia nell’utilizzo della posta elettronica, del pacchetto Microsoft Office in particolare Excel, Word e PowerPoint per approntamento presentazioni per workshop
- Precedente esperienza di circa 5 anni in ruoli affini
- Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di procedure amministrative e contabili

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato
