P3 Logistic Parks is seeking an Asset/Property Manager to join our real estate team. As a long-term investor and developer of warehouse properties across Europe, P3 operates in 10 European countries and is headquartered in Prague. We have more than 7.1 million m² of assets under management and are committed to developing environmentally sustainable warehouses to the highest international standards. As an Asset/Property Manager at P3 Logistic Parks, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and operation of our warehouse properties, ensuring that they are consistently operating to the highest standards in customer service, health and safety, and environmental sustainability. You will be working with a team of experts who are passionate about delivering the best possible experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day management and operation of P3 Logistic Parks' warehouse properties
- Manage the lease agreements and tenant relationships for all properties within your portfolio
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase occupancy rates and profitability of properties
- Ensure that all properties under your management operate to the highest standards in terms of customer service, health and safety, and environmental sustainability
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and forecasting for your portfolio of properties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction, leasing, and asset management to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Conduct property inspections and regular site visits to ensure compliance with regulations and contractual obligations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
- Proven experience in real estate management and/or asset management, ideally in the warehouse/logistics industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and environmental sustainability practices
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and senior management.
