**The team you will be a part of**:
- The Intern team supports department on a short term basis with undergraduate or graduate student status, typically based on the field of study. Gains exposure to projects and work in the organization.
**This role in summary**:
By joining our HR team in Melano, you will have the chance to gain a great business exposure to the manufacturing environment, full accountability of your-own projects, constant support and interaction with production managers.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Support the HR in all the daily activities
- Support the communication activities inside of the plant
- Support processes such as performance evaluation, compensation and talent assessment
- Support People Development pillar for World Class Manufacturing methodology
- Support on-boarding activities and training
**Minimum requirements**:
Are you:
- a Master’s Degree student in Business, Economics, Psychology and Humanities?
- a proficient English speaker, preferably with an international experience?
- a strong team player with good analytical skills?
- good knowledge of Google Suite?
