We are looking for an IT professional to provide **onsite support services** as a **backfill to our desktop support engineer**. This means the technician will be required to cover and perform support activities **when the main Tech is on leave or not available**.
**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:
- Providing deskside and end-user support onsite.
- Handling laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers, smartphones, tablets, and SIM cards.
- Performing IMACD activities (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete).
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues directly at the site.
- Ensuring business continuity of IT support during the absence of the main engineer.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in Desktop Support / Onsite IT Support.
- Good knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and peripheral issues.
- Good communication skills in **English and Italian** (spoken and written).
- Customer-oriented attitude and flexibility.
**Principali responsabilità (non esaustive)**:
- Fornire supporto diretto agli utenti (deskside / end user support).
- Gestire laptop, desktop, periferiche, stampanti, smartphone, tablet e SIM card.
- Svolgere attività IMACD (Installazione, Spostamento, Aggiunta, Modifica, Rimozione).
- Risolvere problematiche hardware e software direttamente presso il sito.
- Garantire la continuità del supporto IT durante l’assenza del tecnico principale.
**Requisiti**:
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Desktop Support / Onsite IT Support.
- Buona conoscenza di ambienti Windows e strumenti Microsoft 365.
- Capacità di diagnosi e risoluzione di problemi hardware e periferiche.
- Buona conoscenza delle lingue **inglese e italiana** (orale e scritta).
- Orientamento al cliente e flessibilità operativa.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to €160.00 per day
