**Position**:
Reporting to the Head of Design, the RTW Designer is responsible for collaborating with the Design team in the creation of the Pucci RTW collection from concept to completion. This role will have a focus on Flou designs and will be working closely with the Head of Design ensuring that the collections are successful and fashion forward.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Research, develop, and present innovative designs consistent with the brief.
- Work with the Head of Design to develop key overarching creative direction at the beginning of each season.
- Develop designs through draping on the stand and sketching.
- Demonstrate technical awareness and knowledge of garment construction.
- Drive fittings and ensure sketches are defined and put into development by the team.
- Understand the Pucci Customer and brand positioning, including market research.
- Support fabric research and color card inspiration, overseeing the creative fabric-to-sketch process.
- Work closely with the AD and attend inter-category/department meetings to ensure on-time development.
- Collaborate with key departments to develop the collection in line with the Design Director's vision.
- Develop a close working relationship with Product Development and Materials teams.
- Travel to Bologna San Lazzaro and external suppliers for fittings and sampling oversight when required.
- Provide clear directives and feedback.
- Operate within design calendar timelines and ensure design boards meet deadlines.

**Profile**:
Graduate with a degree in Fashion, you have a solid experience, at least 3-5 years, in designing RTW for a luxury fashion company.
- You are a strong all-rounder with a great sense of colour, silhouette, product, trend and a clear understanding of the brands signature handwriting.
- Furthermore, you have a strong knowledge of design & product development process, including experience working with marketing and merchandising teams. You are a person with a highly developed aesthetic sensitivity, with strong design and conceptual skills.

In addition:

- Strong illustration skills (Procreate Adobe Suite)
- Strong draping skills
- Ability to build positive and collaborative environments and relationships
- Ability to handle pressure under extremely tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, leads by example, capable of inspiring others.
- Fluent in English. French and Italian would be a plus.

**MAISON***:

- Emilio Pucci, Marquis of Barsento, founded the brand that bears his name in 1947. He unexpectedly began his career on the Swiss ski slopes, to open his first boutique in Capri in 1950. A citizen of the world, constantly traveling between his native Florence and the holiday resorts favored by the jet set, he envisioned the modern woman following a revolutionary intuition full of style and personality. On September 1st 2021, Camille Miceli was appointed Artistic Director of Emilio Pucci. She will bring a new chapter in the history of the Maison and embark on a new global project.
