Bachelors Degree in relevant discipline
- Experience in the design of training for fast paced manufacturing environment
- Expert in designing E-Learning content using Articulate Storyline and Rise and potentially other authoring tools
- Experience in integration of E-Learning to Learning Management Systems
- Track record in critically analyzing the delivery of content and the continuous improvement of the learning experience
- Up to 50% travel required within the EU
- Experience in data analysis for content continuous improvement
- Experience leveraging standard xAPI for content reporting
- Experience in supporting learning technologies, particularly LXPs, LMSs
- Experience with gamification and scenario-based learning design

The EU Amazon Logistics Learning Experience Design Team is looking to hire an experienced Learning Experience Designer with a passion for learning technology.

You will be actively encouraged to think outside the box and implement new creative ideas working with and building strong relationships with our main stakeholders and customers to design and deploy innovative, digital learning experiences for their specific needs. You will also be involved with shaping and structuring the journey for onboarding and iterating existing content to create impactful learner journeys.

You will be data driven and provide technical and creative expertise in developing digital learning content, user experience and interactive design. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues to build and grow our digital learning solutions to meet the learning outcomes and organisation needs through the delivery of excellent innovative services.

A portfolio or example of work is required.

The location of the position can also be in France (Paris), Spain (Madrid or Barcelona), UK (London) or Germany (Munich).

Key job responsibilities
- Hands-on approach working directly with customers, including visiting our Delivery Stations and engaging directly with Delivery Stations employees and SME to create meaningful and impactful learning content tailored to Amazon needs.
- Create training material for internal/customer such as but not limited to Power Points, How-To videos and eLearning.
- Leverage business and learning KPIs to not only create content but also analyse all related metrics, ensuring content gap analysis and continuous improvement of our trainings based on data.

- Experience with custom xAPI for content reporting (Javascript)
- Experience with VR and AR
- Multilingual: Spanish (desirable), German (desirable), Italian (desirable) and/or French (desirable)
